We are a mixed Year 1 and 2 class. Our teachers are Mrs McManus (Monday) and Mrs Rees (Tuesday to Friday). Our Teaching Assistants throughout the week are Mrs Williams, Miss Williams, Mrs Roberts and Miss Jones.

PE is every Friday, and children are allowed to come into school wearing their PE kit. Please ensure that your child has the following items for PE:

• Black tracksuit (for colder weather)

• White t-shirt

• Black shorts (for warmer weather)

Please provide your child with a healthy snack and a drink of water.

Book bags with reading books are sent home each Thursday. Please sign the reading record and leave a short comment about how your child read.

Please label all belongings clearly with your child's name.

We use Seesaw as an online portfolio for children's work and as a method of communication between ourselves and home.

We aim to make learning fun, exciting and purposeful. The children take part in a range of activities that aim to develop their knowledge, independence and problem-solving skills.
